All hats and headpieces handcrafted in our London studio are made to order, using the finest materials and couture millinery techniques. For this reason, we do not accept returns on bespoke orders.
Should your bespoke order not match or exceed your expectations, please do not hesitate to get in touch via phone or email to discuss.
Items that are in stock and have not been customised, are returnable within a 7 working day period only. Please email us at [email protected] or phone us within 48 hours of receiving the item, to arrange for the return.
Items must be returned unworn, unmarked and in perfect condition. It should also be in the original packaging, in order to be eligible for a return.
As soon as the item is returned to the studio and after inspection, meets the criteria needed for a return, a refund on the original purchase price of the item, will be issued within 5 days of its return.
Please note that Fi Graham London is not liable for the original shipping costs or the return shipping costs. Nor are we liable for any import duties and taxes incurred on international delivery.
The refund will not include these costs.
If you’re returning an item where shipping was free (orders over £250), you will be charged £10 to cover the cost of shipping.
We advise that if you are returning an item valued over £50, you should use a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We will email you on receipt of the item to confirm that your return will be processed.
If items that are in stock and have not been customised, are returned after the 7 working day returns period, we regretfully cannot offer you a refund.
Fi Graham does not accept returns on wholesale orders. Full payment must be received before wholesale orders are shipped.
If for any reason you should need to cancel your order, please phone or email the studio as soon as possible.
Please note that a non-refundable 20% deposit is required on placement of a bespoke order.
